How quickly will I receive a reply after sending an inquiry?
Most inquiries are answered within 1 business day (Mon-Sat, GMT+8). For urgent projects, WhatsApp usually gets the fastest response. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or resend to justin@purongsports.com.

What information should I include in my first inquiry?
To give you an accurate reply fast, please share: product category (e.g. satin pajamas, cotton sets), estimated quantity, target fabric and price band, target market/country, timeline, and any reference images, tech packs or existing samples.

Do you work with small brands and startup orders?
Yes. We support new brands with trial orders starting from 50-100 pcs per style, so you can validate the product in your market before scaling. Established brands and importers can also discuss ongoing bulk and repeat programs with us.

Can I visit the factory in person?
Absolutely -- we welcome clients and third-party auditors to visit our Humen facility by appointment. Just email or WhatsApp us a few days in advance so we can prepare samples, line walks and any product references relevant to your project.

Is my design and business information kept confidential?
Yes. All tech packs, designs, prints and brand information you share are treated as confidential and used solely to respond to your project. We're happy to sign an NDA before detailed product development discussions if your brand requires it.

Do you offer retail or sell single pieces?
No. We are a B2B OEM/ODM manufacturer only. We serve brands, wholesalers, importers, distributors, cross-border e-commerce sellers and private label clients -- we do not sell single-piece retail orders.
